Ingredients:
- Use your own pizza dough recipe, store-bought mix, or purchase an unbaked crust from your favorite pizzeria.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat grill on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Spray pizza pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Lightly flour bottom of pizza crust.
- Place crust on pan.
- Do not add topping to pizza crust (For perfect crust follow steps 6-10)
- Place pizza crust in pan on grill (You are pre-baking the crust before adding toppings.)
- Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes (Close lid on grill)
- Turn pizza ½ turn and bake for 5 minutes more.
- Remove pizza crust from the grill to a flat surface, being very careful as the pan is very hot.
- Flip pizza crust over on pan.
- Add desired pizza toppings
- Place pizza in pan back on grill and bake with grill lid closed for 5 minutes.
- Turn pan ½ turn and bake for 5 minutes more.
- Remove pizza from the grill and slide pizza from pan to a flat solid surface for cutting.
- Slice, eat and enjoy!
- Allow pan to cool completely before washing.
- Soak in warm soapy water.
- Dishwasher safe.
